Identity and Career Choices-Young people and a good start

Dr Heather Carpenter is providing a workshop in a number of areas around New Zealand in 2009. The workshop addresses key questions regarding identity e.g. How does career identity grow and develop? How do we help young people who are in the process of growing their identity, with key decision-making questions...what would I like doing? what kind of person am I? where should I start? The workshop provides useful identity theory, tools that promote identity awareness, (a card sort is provided in the workshop fee), case studies and a practical process that has worked very successfully for Heather over 10 years of intensive work with young people.
