YEAR 11 KATTI: Kei A Tātou Te Ihi programme

Rapuara / Career Planning & Options

The Year 11 programme focuses on individual career planning. All Māori

secondary school students learn how to make appropriate subject choices in

relation to their preferred career pathway/s, and the breadth of options available

with each choice. In addition, students will learn processes that enable them to

make informed decisions about their educational future/s, and students will

develop an awareness of key contacts for future assistance.
