The aim of the tertiary benchmarks

The benchmarks will provide clarity on effective practice and will help to improve tertiary organisations focus on building the career management competencies of its learners. Learners who have the career competencies to make smart career decisions go on to be passionate, qualified, productive workers and enterprising citizens.  The benchmarks will equip tertiary organisations with a robust framework to assess and improve your career education programmes and services.
