Ministry of Education Review of Careers Information, Advice, Guidance and Education

The review of CIAGE (careers information, advice, guidance and education) will take place in the first half of 2012. It will be led by the Ministry of Education in consultation with a number of government education agencies.

As part of the review the Ministry will seek direct input from secondary and tertiary institutions, and will conduct a formal engagement process.

The review is being undertaken as part of the Government's Youth Guarantee programme, which includes the new Vocational Pathways being designed in partnership with employers, education representatives and industry training organisations.
