PPTA Curriculum Support Days 2009
Although the new Minister has announced a one-year deferral of implemention of the revised curriculum standards, PPTA intends to go ahead with these Support Days. It is hoped that participants will be able to focus more on teaching and learning, rather than be stressed by rushed time frames for reviewing the standards.
PPTA is also looking for nominations of people in the regions who could facilitate the regional workshops. If you know someone you could recommend for the Careers/Transition Workshop, or are interested yourself, contact Sarah Dalton 04 9134233 or email sdalton@ppta.org.nz.

Because many of our members also teach curriculum subjects, they may need to choose between workshops or attend each for a half day. Another alternative may be to attend a second day in a neighbouring region.
