Smart Waikato Secondary School Employer Partnership

Smart Waikato’s Secondary School Employer Partnerships (SSEP) connect young people, educators and employers, generating transformative results for communities. SSEP aims to improve student achievement, retention and transition in schools by connecting students to key industries and employers in the region and offering authentic learning experiences. Teachers and employers work together to create SSEP activities that support classroom learning and make it relevant. Here are some examples of the integrating careers into the curriculum.
