Kaiārahi Workshop – Central Otago 23 August

The Otago Region Kaiārahi Workshop will be held in at Otago Chamber of Commerce, Level 3/442 Moray Place, Dunedin on 26 August from 9 am to 3 pm and MOE, Southern Lakes Centre, Barry Avenue (Behind Cromwell College) Cromwell on Tuesday 23rd August from 9 am to 1 pm.
The key focus is assisting schools to think about how they will implement the National Education Learning Priority Objective 4 – Future of learning and Work. These replace the National Education Guidelines and national Administration Guidelines and have to be part of the school charter and strategic plan from 2023. In addition to this, there will be an update of the proposed overall NZ Careers System Strategy from 7-70 and you will be able to feedback on the new draft of the Career Education and Guidance Guidelines.
